  • Meat (unprocessed and home made)
  • Fish
  • Eggs
  • Fruit (berries)
  • Vegetables (green is good)

  • Daily Meals

    This is a daily plan for you to loser weight

    Breakfast: 1 banana

    Lunch: Skip - (eat nothing)

    Dinner:

  • 1 8-12oz meat (chicken beast, steak, pork, fish)
  • side of whole rice (not instant)
  • side of vegtable (green beans, broccolli, spinach, tomatos)


    Bedtime: Potien shake or ginger tea
