The facts are alcohol will make you fat. It turns into fat and goes right to your gut. Another fact is it taste good and people really like to drink beer, wine, and other types of alcohol drinks. It is a great social thing to have. So with the said if you drink, drink in moderation. Red wine is best to drink with less effect on your body. If you drink beer, have a glass of water handy, drink it in between beers, it will make you drink less beer, while you enjoy beer.
Sugar
The facts are sugar is terrible for you. avoid it at all cost.
The Big 3
Potatoes, Pasta and Bread oh my. Carbs city! Lets face it buns and bread on sandwiches are just there to hold stuff in place and act more like handles for your hands. French fries and chips stop eating them. have a baked potato once in while instead. Limit your spaghetti intake to a once every 2 weeks.
Exercise
Remember anything is better then nothing. Go do something. Walk, run, skip, but move.
