Breakfast:

    Lunch:

  • Skip - (eat nothing)

    Dinner:

  • 1 8-12oz meat (chicken beast, steak, pork, fish)
  • side of whole rice (not instant)
  • side of vegtable (green beans, broccolli, spinach, tomatos)

    Bedtime:

  • potien drink or ginger tea
