500 & 5 Minutes


The following is a combination of exercises to get you moving, the main point of these routines are to motivate you to move.
Lets face it, if you can workout for one whole hour or more, more power to you.
If you are stretched for time or just don't want to spend that much consecutive time working out, you can do shorter exercises to still have a beneficial effect of exercising !

Equipment: Jump Rope (optional: Body Bag)

START: 100 jump ropes then 60 seconds of punching the body bag or shadow boxing

Repeat 5 times

The number times you repeat is up to you. Do 1 or 23 it does not matter.
Do what is best for you, yiu can increase as you progress
Remember it's all about moving!
